Siccaro means Marschall Invenco ApS. Customer means anyone who uses Siccaro's website and/or services.
- In general
Personal information covers all information that can be used to identify a person, including, but not limited to, first and last name, age, gender, home address or other physical address, e-mail address or other contact information, regardless of whether it relates to the person's private place of residence or workplace. As a general rule, you can access the website without telling us who you are or providing any personal information about yourself. However, Siccaro needs certain personal data in order to do business with you and provide news and other services to you. The company only collects the personal data that is necessary.

We need the following information when you shop with us in order to ship the item to you:
Name, address, telephone number and email address.
Siccaro does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about means of payment, e.g. card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.
The personal data we have about our customers is exclusively used by employees or sub-suppliers, including customer service, packaging and transporters, in order to perform the service ordered by the customer and to be able to help customers with questions about delivery, products, etc. Siccaro has guidelines for who has access to these.
- The right to withdraw your consent
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Siccaro. Contact details appear under: "who is behind Siccaro / contact".
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of Siccaro's processing of your personal data based on your previously communicated consent up to the time of the withdrawal.
- Processing of personal data
The personal data that you must provide in connection with Siccaro's services will appear where Siccaro collects the information. Siccaro may also collect personal data about you in connection with telephone conversations, emails, chats and SMS with you.
If you do not want to provide the personal data that Siccaro asks for, this will have the consequence that Siccaro cannot provide you with the services you request and that Siccaro cannot fulfill your requests, etc. We always aim to collect only the information that is relevant to process your enquiry. Siccaro only collects and processes the personal data that you provide in connection with the use of one of Siccaro's various services.
- Who receives your information?
Siccaro only passes on your personal data to Siccaro's business partners. The transfer takes place solely for the purpose of being able to deliver Siccaros services to you.
- Where is your personal data stored?
Siccaro only stores personal data about you as long as it is deemed necessary in relation to the stated purpose. The personal information is deleted or anonymized on an ongoing basis as the purposes for which it was collected come to an end.
If you have registered as a customer, your personal data will be deleted after 3 years as an inactive customer. In case of inactive use, you will be informed of the deletion by e-mail after 2 years and 9 months and 2 years and 11 months. If you send e-mails to Siccaro, they will be deleted after one month. Siccaro deletes e-mails sent to you after 5 years.
Chat with Siccaro
Siccaro's chat server is located in the Denmark. We encourage you not to provide personal data via chat, but to use the chat for questions. If you provide personal data via chat, this is done at your own risk.
If you have given your consent to receive Siccaro's newsletters (marketing), then the personal data that you have given in connection with your consent will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. If your email account ceases to exist and Siccaro receives this information, your profile will be deleted by Siccaro.
- How does Siccaro protect your personal data?
Siccaro ensures that the necessary technical and organizational security measures are taken against your personal data being accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost or degraded, as well as against it coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation at all times. Siccaro stores personal data on Siccaro's own or one of Siccaro's partners' secure servers.

You can gain insight into the personal data that Siccaro has registered about you at any time by contacting Siccaro. If you wish to receive a copy of this information, please write to Siccaro. Contact data appears at the top of this set of terms by "who is behind Siccaro/contact". You may be asked to document that you are who you say you are.
Siccaro may charge a small administration fee to cover costs associated with the request. You have the right to receive the personal data you have submitted yourself in a commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one data controller to another without undue delay. Processing of personal data that takes place manually is not covered by this right. Furthermore, you can have incorrect information about you corrected or deleted at any time.
- The right to erasure (the right to be forgotten)
In special cases, you have the right to have certain parts of your personal data deleted by Siccaro, e.g. if your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed. To the extent that continued processing of your personal data is necessary, e.g. in order for Siccaro to comply with our legal obligations or for legal claims to be established, enforced or defended, Siccaro is not obliged to delete your personal data.
