How to return a product

  1. Once we've received your package, we're proceeding with the return of your money. For overseas returns, this may take up to 15 working days for the package to reach our warehouse, depending on where in the world the package dispatched from. Once arrived at our warehouse, the return will be handled within 24 hours.

If you want to exchange for a different size or a different product, we recommend you to send back the first coat and thereafter make another order of the coat you need, before the return is handled at our warehouse. This ensures that the coat you want and need, won't be sold out once the first coat has reached Denmark again.

You must pay for the shipping yourself when you return, unless it is a complaint. You can buy a return label from your local post office. It is IMPORTANT that you send directly to the business address listed above and not parcel box or parcel shop, as the parcel cannot otherwise be processed by our system.
It's also recommended to send it with tracking-ID.

If you have received free products in connection with the purchase, but have not returned them together with the other returned products, we reserve the right to deduct the price of the campaign goods from the amount we refund.

You are responsible for any loss of product value resulting from the handling of what is necessary to determine whether the item is suitable in size and color. If the product has been tested in any way other than the above, we will consider the product as used and you will therefore receive only a part - or none - of the amount paid for the product. This can be, for example, if the product has been used on a wet dog. Therefore, test the size of the dog before using the product.

NOTE: However, we do not accept returns of food. This is for health reasons, as we cannot guarantee the quality and durability of goods that have already been sold and shipped.

FOR OUTSIDE THE EU

On December 31, 2020, the UK has left the EU without a deal. This means that the shipments from shops located in EU will be subject to custom clearance, service fee and potentially UK VAT payment. The Royal Mail also warns of possible delays.

Please note that we are not specialized in customs or UK taxation, so if you purchase from our store, we will not be able to assist you with these procedures. You are welcome to message us in the chat or at support@siccaro.com before your purchase to find out our recent recommendations.

We are a business based in Denmark/EU and we ship products from our Danish warehouse. We will include invoice with our shipments along with our business information, as per the UK guidelines.

*Please note that when we receive returned goods at our warehouse, we are charged customs and processing fees. Therefore we charge a fee of 30EUR for processing a returned order if this order is sent from outside EU. The customer shall also pay the shipping expenses, unless specified otherwise. We will withhold applicable fees from the refund of your payment.*


Payment

Siccaro accepts MobilePay, Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment is deducted upon shipment.

We accept payment with the service Anyday.

The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.

When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the item is shipped. You will then pay monthly on the last working day from the coming month, and three months ahead.

No fees or interest will be charged for your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will end automatically.

Siccaro uses an approved payment system which encrypts all your credit card data using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no one can read your information.

Guarantee

We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with common law.

Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship.

Our warranty does NOT cover wear, abuse or improper washing.

Siccaro covers return costs to a reasonable extent in cases where you make use of the guarantee.

Complaint

If you have any complaints about a product purchased in our webshop, please contact support@siccaro.com.

If the item is damaged on arrival at the customer, or there is a fault with the item, then it is sent back together with the attached return slip, where you indicate that you are returning the Siccaro product due to a complaint / defect on the product, and we will replace the product if we agree with the fault in the product.

You may return on the grounds that you are not satisfied with the expected performance of the product in accordance with the product benefits advertised by Siccaro. Abuse, negligence and willful or serious damage done to the product does not guarantee any refund. Note that Siccaro textiles work fully after the first wash of the garment or outer fabric at e.g. FlexDog Mat. Never wash it above 30 degrees, as this can destroy the textile fibers and thus the ability to absorb water.

The price for return shipping in the event of a complaint is paid by us.

** Please note that you should NEVER let your dog swim in a Siccaro drying coat and you should remove the coat from your dog when it is near water that it is able to walk in. Both of these scenarios present a risk of drowning for your dog.
