About the walk
On October 25, 2025, the streets of Copenhagen were buzzing with dogs as a large group of committed dog owners and their dogs participated in Siccaro's first Orange Dog Walk – a group walk, dressed in the same beautiful orange coat. A tribute to the dog community with a great atmosphere, both among dogs and owners.
It was a fantastic day, and demand was so great that we planned three new walks in 2026 – one in Aarhus, one in Odense and one in Copenhagen.
We were completely blown away when all three sold out over the course of a weekend.

Who is Siccaro?
If you have met the beautiful orange-clad dogs on the street for an Orange Dog Walk, you may be curious about who is behind it.
Siccaro is a Danish company that specializes in drying coats for dogs. We have developed a special fabric that we call Wet2Dry, which can absorb 7-8 times its own weight in water - and greatly reduces the wet-dog smell. Perfect for use after rain, sleet and snow, after a dip at the beach or after your dog's bath at home.
We sell different models of our drying coats, which are designed in Denmark and produced in the EU. In addition, we also sell hunting vests, rain jackets and warming coats, as well as other accessories for the dog.
The original Orange Dog Walk was a spontaneous idea we had when we launched our newest color Rusty Orange - as an alternative promotion and to shoot some cool material in the urban environment.

How it works
Wet2Dry-technology
Our drying coats are super absorbent due to the special fabric blend we use. We call it Wet2Dry-technology. It consists of two layers that work together to absorb water from the dog's fur and wick it away. And as a bonus it also heavily reduces the smell of wet dog.
The inner layer consists of a specially designed non-woven viscose blend optimized for maximum absorbency and durability. The outermost layer is made of terry cloth, which is made from organic bamboo fibers. The way terrycloth is made makes the material ideal for absorbing and retaining moisture.
